Is college basketball better than the NBA? In my opinion, yes. These guys still play hard cause they haven't received that big payday yet. They're playing for that chance. The NBA, when they're playing, those guys really don't care if they put up a stinker, they still get their game checks. The college kids want a shot on the big stage. Support them!
There's basketball out there, CSU, Kent State, Akron and even D2 and D3 schools. If you have an itch to watch basketball in person, scratch it with some of the local college teams. The games are cheaper to go to than Cavs games and who knows, you might like it.
