This happened at Saturday night's Boston Bruins game. Very cool. Here's the description from YouTube.
"The Boston Bruins invited the parents of Lt. Charles Jacobs, of the 182nd infantry, for the ceremonial puck drop. They are surprised when their son, thought to be in Afghanistan, arrives to present them the puck."
