Although Tom Brady on Sunday became the first quarterback in NFL history to throw 600 career touchdowns, reaching that milestone won't likely be the only thing the Buccaneers star remembers from that day.
After noticing a 9-year-old boy in the stands holding a sign that read, "Tom Brady helped me beat brain cancer," Brady left the field in the fourth quarter to approach the young fan and hand him his Crucial Catch hat. The boy, identified only as Noah, immediately burst into tears upon meeting his hero.
It turns out Noah, who was attending his first-ever NFL game, recently completed a six-month treatment plan for brain cancer -- and he says watching Brady play helped him get through it. "That was really sweet," Brady said after the game. "Obviously a tough kid, man. Puts a lot in perspective of what we're doing on the field. In the end, it doesn't mean much compared to what so many people go through, so we all try to make a difference in different ways."
Tom Brady just walked over to this little boy with :33 left in the game, handed him his hat and shook his hand… and the boy broke down in tears. Man, that one got me. pic.twitter.com/UC7qA7MRkT

In the final minutes of the game, @TomBrady went over and gave him his hat. His reaction is priceless.
