Police officers in Alliance are being hailed as heroes after forming a human chain to save a woman her sinking van.
Video shows the officers in the frigid waters of the Mahoning River rescuing the 24-year old driver who reportedly fell asleep behind the wheel.
According to the cops, the van became fully submerged right after the rescue.
