Stevie Wonder could see this one coming from a million miles away.
Colin Cowherd loves trolling fan bases. He trolls them, they get their panties in a bunch, they start tweeting, "news" outlets post stories about him "bashing" a team or a player and Colin gets the attention he wanted. It's the best scam in sports talk. But everybody falls for it. It's like the pro wrestler that comes out says this city sucks and the crowd starts booing that person. The wrestler just wants to get your reaction. Colin does the same thing.
So when Baker Mayfield tweeted that he thinks he saw a UFO, this was chum in the water for Cowherd.
Here's Baker's tweet.
Almost 100%, Em and I just saw a UFO drop straight out of the sky on our way home from dinner... we stopped and looked at each other and asked if either of us saw it... Very bright ball of light going straight down out of the sky towards Lake Travis. Anybody else witness this?

And here's Colin's response to Baker's tweet.
So, Baker Mayfield saw a UFO...

"Joe Montana, Troy Aikman, Terry Bradshaw & Tom Brady have never seen aliens. I would prefer my guys don't talk about it." —@ColinCowherd pic.twitter.com/B31yHxJvxP
Here's the great thing, McNeil on Twitter actually sent out what Colin would say and if you read McNeil's tweet and listen to Cowherd talking, they're pretty damn close.
“I just don’t like my franchise quarterback having alien encounters in the offseason. You know where you don’t have UFO sightings? The film room. Why do you think you don’t hear Tom Brady going X-Files? He’s watching tape. I mean, cmon Baker.” pic.twitter.com/aDQtivROyM
