Meanwhile In Florida: The Joker Declares COVID Over and Throws Cash in the Air

Florida seems to be having a rough time with the spring breakers. Beaches are packed. Masks are nowhere to be found and now we have The Joker showing up. 

After seeing this dude, it's probably a good idea that the Mayor of Miami declared a state of emergency.
