Australia is weird.
They've been dealing with some big storms recently and those storm have turned the seawater into seafoam.
There's so much seafoam that Hazel the dog needed to be rescued!

Here's the thing about the foam, it's not safe to play in. It's filled with pollution, algae and yes...snakes! It wouldn't be Australia if snakes weren't involved.
