Cleveland...it's time to move on. It was time to move on last year. It's time to let go. He left. He's gone. He'll come back when the Miami Heat are in town. He'll say stupid things like he wouldn't rule out coming back. You need to not listen to what he says. Anybody who knows anything about the situation knows the he can't opt out of his current contract till 2013-14. So shhhhhhhh! It's not happening anytime soon!

You know why he said what he said yesterday? He, like the city of Cleveland, has a "like me" complex. What does that mean? It means that he wants everybody to like him...just like the city of Cleveland. He hates being the bad guy. Did he bring on it himself? Of course he did. He now realizes "The Decision" was a GIANT mistake and he's trying to make up for it. He doesn't want to be a villain anymore. So he's trying to smooth everything over with the people of Cleveland. It's all about the LeBron PR machine and how can we make him look good again.

I saw a bunch of Facebook posts and tweets from people who say they wouldn't want him back. I don't believe them for a second. Why? Remember when Jim Thome left Cleveland for the money? Thome was LeBron before LeBron. He left and you hated him. You booed him every time he came up to bat. Then last season, he came back! He was hailed as the prodigal son! He's returned! You know what Thome did this off season? He didn't retire as a Cleveland Indian. He left again! So don't post that if LeBron came back, you wouldn't be happy to have him back. You'd run out and buy his jersey all over again....just like you did with Jim Thome last season. Hypocrites.
Some would say this is a little harsh. I would say this is what needs to be said. Honesty, sometimes stings. It was a bad break up for both. When you break up with somebody, you eventually have to move on. It's time to move on.
