Handcuffed Dude on ATV Tries Running From The Cops, Thwarted By Mud Puddle

This dude managed to wiggle away from the cops, hopped on an ATV, while handcuffed and tried to ride away from the cops. 

He would've gotten away from the cops if it weren't for that damn mud puddle.
