This guy gave him employer notice that he was quitting. His employer said he needed to file a "formal" resignation.
So he came in and gave a "formal" resignation. Of course, the video has started to go viral.
I mean, the employer asked for a formal resignation. Probably not what he had in mind but it was formal!
