WATCH: French President Emanuel Macron Gets Slapped

I know NOTHING about French politics. I do know that French people are never happy with their government and I can respect that. 

While greeting some constituents, the President of France, Emanuel Macron got slapped across the face!

I get not being happy with politicians but slapping them in a new one to me!

Two people have been arrested.
