This isn't on the cat. It's on the human.
The cat was being a cat. Cats climb on stuff. This cat happened to find itself on top of the TV. When the cat wanted to get down, it jumped down and the TV followed.
Here's why this is on the human...if you don't want your TV destroyed by the cat, get off your lazy ass, put down the phone, and remove the cat from the TV. What I just described would take less than 30 seconds.
