TREASURE ISLAND, Fla. - A small plane made an emergency landing on Treasure Island Beach Sunday morning. Treasure Island Fire Chief William Barrs said two people were on board the small plane that landed safely. The single-engine plane landed behind the Bilmar Beach Resort in the 10600 block of Gulf Blvd.
